No Returns or Exchanges
For safety and hygiene reasons, once a perfume bottle has left our facility, it cannot be returned or exchanged. This ensures that every bottle received by our clients is pristine, untouched, and meets our high standards of quality.
No Refunds (All Sales Are Final)
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for “change of mind” or personal scent preference. We kindly ask that you double-check your product selection and quantity before completing your purchase to ensure your order is exactly what you desire.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
In the rare event that your order arrives damaged during transit or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery via our Contact Page. Please include your order number and photographic evidence so we can resolve the issue promptly.
